And of course it\u2019s OK to publicly flaunt the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/wattsupwiththat.com\/2010\/11\/03\/quote-of-the-week-unbelievable-hubris-from-carbs-mary-nichols\/\">ugly hubris of the CARB boss Mary Nichols<\/a> rubbing her glee in the face of the citizens of California that voted for Prop 23. And of course it\u2019s OK to simply\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.pacificresearch.org\/publications\/carb-fakes-out-california\">demote<\/a> a CARB \u201cscientist\u201d\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.scribd.com\/doc\/11582322\/Junk-Science-Behind-CARB\">who lied about his PhD degree obtained from a UPS store<\/a> rather than fire his fraudulent bureaucratic butt and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/articles.ocregister.com\/2009-12-03\/opinion\/24655247_1_carb-diesel-soot\">then stage a cover up about it<\/a>.\u00a0 But, when a citizen submits some data or opinion to CARB that they may later find questionable? Well,<em>that\u2019s<\/em> a whole different matter.<\/p>\n<p>What a bunch of self serving, holier than thou, public sector putzes!<\/p>\n<p>Evidently CARB is contemplating a regulation that would enable penalties for what would be judged \u201cdishonest statements or submittals\u201d provided to it or \u201cstaff.\u201d\u00a0 I think one can safely assume that it is aimed at curtailing challenges to CARB\u2019s agenda that are based on alternative scientific information and interpretations.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>You simply have to read it to believe it.
