I don&#8217;t think there is that much wrong with America, but sometimes you do have to wonder. We&#8217;re in the middle of an energy crisis caused by soaring fuel prices. And because of concerns that CO2 induced Global Warming is going to destroy the planet (oh no!), everyone is demanding that we switch to cleaner energy producing technologies such as wind power and solar. So just when the evil energy industrial complex are finally motivated to start actually building solar power plants to supply our ever growing energy needs, AND save the planet (good P.R.), along comes the Bureau of Land Management to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.telegraph.co.uk\/earth\/main.jhtml?xml=\/earth\/2008\/06\/27\/easolar127.xml\">put the kabash on the whole thing<\/a> &#8211; over environmental concerns!
