I wasn&#8217;t SHOCKED to learn about the &#8220;secret&#8221; nuke facility hidden in the mountains of Iran. Figured they had more than we were aware of, and they probably have another we really, actually don&#8217;t know about. I&#8217;m not even in a lather about the missile Iran just test launched. <\/p>\n<p>Why?<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\nIt all stems back from the first item &#8211; the Missile Defense Shield. OK, so we&#8217;re withdrawing them from Europe. But why are they there. Does anybody, besides Michael Savage or Glenn Beck really believe the Ruskies are going to attack Europe with missiles? They have a much more effective weapon at their disposal &#8211; Oil. Just as the Middle East hold us hostage with oil, so does Russia with much of Europe. And remember, it&#8217;s bad for business to bomb your customers.<\/p>\n<p>There is another component to this equation that everyone is missing&#8230; Israel. Twenty to one says they already have a working Missile Defense System in place, the same as the ones we pulled from East Europe. I bet it&#8217;s up and ready to go. I mean, come on, does anyone think Israel would not be THE FIRST customer on the list for this technology. especially when it&#8217;s rolled out during the Bush administration? And we all know how, unlike most countries, Israel is actually very very good at keeping secrets. We still don&#8217;t know how many nukes they have.<\/p>\n<p>PS. Looking at all the post I&#8217;ve written lately, I&#8217;m realizing I&#8217;ve done a horrible job of walking away from political blogging, something I swore I would do. Oh well.
