Hypocrisy – Thy Name Is More Than Gore….
I’ve often blasted Al Gore for his hypocrisy on carbon use. He preaches that everyone on the planet needs to reduce their “carbon footprint” and all the while he emits, at the very least, more than twenty times that of the average citizen. Well Al Gore is in good company. Someone has taken a survey of the “Green” types in Brittan, and, lo and behold, they also waste much more energy (burn more carbon) than your average citizen. Like I say, people will take you more seriously if you, you know, practice what you preach.

Won’t happen, Sonic. They simply ignore such calls of hypocrisy because their message is “so important” that what they the vast minority do is inconsequential, it’s only what we the majority do that matters. So they don’t have to do as they say.
Another big hypocrite to me is RFK Jr, a typical NIMBY. He strongly opposes a wind farm off Martha’s Vineyard because it will spoil the views of the rich bastards who live there. In reality you wouldn’t see them without binoculars, and even then you’d have to look very hard.
Then of course he says they would be dangerous to birds. Well, if they’re dangerous to birds there, they’d be dangerous to birds anywhere. Talk about a man with no argument.

Don’t even get me started on R.F’ingK.jr. Now Ed Bagley jr is kinda nutty, but at least HE practices what he preaches.

Yes and no on Begley. He still profits from the great oil infrastructure by promoting a television show.
