OK, let’s pay for science… if we can find somewhere else in the budget to cut to pay for it. Canceling the program to teach Africans to wash their wing-dang-doodles should keep the particle accelerators running for a while. Canceling high speed rail will keep the fusion projects on track to continuously promise us clean unlimited in energy in fifty years… as they’ve been promising for the last fifty years.
