Happy Birthday Tim Finn – Persuasion.

The other night at the Intimo’s Open Mic, I decided to pay tribute to a favorite artist, Tim Finn, who recently had a birthday. He’s been an influence on my songwriting and playing over the years. I usually play a more simple guitar rhythm, but I just recently realized I could play this more like the original recording. I’m still getting the hang of it, so forgive the rough moment here and there. Right now I play with a .63 pick. I think I’m going to try a lighter gauge for this kind of strumming to see if that will smooth things out.
